Situated on the slopes of Brașov, this conceptual residential building on Crișana Street is a refined interplay of geometry, materiality, and topography. The design is defined by its bold, linear forms and cantilevered volumes, which seamlessly integrate into the surrounding landscape.
The structure unfolds across multiple levels, carefully adapting to the sloped terrain through a terraced foundation clad in natural stone. This grounding element contrasts elegantly with the sleek, white-rendered volumes above, which are interspersed with warm wood soffits and minimalist glass railings. The architectural language speaks of balance—between openness and privacy, lightness and mass, form and function.
